“I believe every great journey begins with a great team.” As the General Manager of Viland Travel, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside thousands of travelers and team members over the past 16 years. With more than 5,000 groups served, what I’ve learned is this: travel is not just about going places - it’s about how those places make us feel, and the people who help us feel it. I don’t see myself as just a manager. I’m a listener, a connector, and someone who deeply cares about both our guests and our team. At Viland, I work every day to build a culture where people feel safe to grow, encouraged to create, and inspired to give their best - because only when we take care of each other can we truly take care of our travelers. For me, one of the greatest joys is seeing our team share hidden corners of Vietnam with the world - whether it’s a fragrant bowl of bún riêu at a street corner, a quiet tea break in Hoi An, or a family dinner in a small village.
