About the Role

Viland Travel, a leading DMC (Destination Management Company) specializing in tailor-made journeys across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, is looking for an experienced Senior English-speaking Travel Consultant to join our team in Hanoi.

This is a key position for professionals with a strong background in inbound B2C sales and a passion for designing bespoke travel experiences. If you have a solid understanding of international markets and thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound B2C sales for clients from the USA, Europe, Australia, and Asia
  • Design personalized travel itineraries for Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and Myanmar
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative sales culture
  • Maintain excellent customer service before, during, and after the tour
  • Contribute strategically to sales targets and company growth
  • Collaborate with operations and accounting to ensure smooth tour execution
  • Handle invoicing, payment processes, and other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in the travel industry in a B2C sales or consulting role

  • Market Focus: Demonstrated experience with clients from international markets (US, Europe, Australia, Asia)

  • Destination Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Southeast Asia destinations

  • Language: Excellent written and spoken English

  • Leadership: Proactive mindset with mentoring abilities and a solution-focused approach

What You'll Do at Viland Travel

  • Craft and price customized itineraries for inbound travelers

  • Consult clients directly based on qualified leads provided by the Marketing team

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and tour quality

  • Support on-tour troubleshooting and client communication

  • Meet and exceed revenue and profitability KPIs

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth tour delivery
