Viland Travel, a reputable travel company specializing in tailor-made journeys across Vietnam and Southeast Asia, is looking for English-speaking Inbound Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Hanoi.

Key Responsibilities

Manage B2C travel inquiries primarily from the USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia markets.

Consult and sell personalized tour packages to key destinations: Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and Myanmar.

Handle incoming inquiries, design customized itineraries, and offer travel solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Deliver excellent pre-sale and post-sale customer care to ensure client satisfaction.

Work closely with the operations and accounting teams to ensure smooth tour execution and payment coordination.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements

A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in inbound travel sales, tour consulting, or a similar role in the tourism industry.

Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

Strong knowledge of key Southeast Asian travel destinations.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with personal travel experience in the region.

What You Will Do

Build, price, and consult customized travel itineraries for international travelers.

Handle qualified inbound leads provided by our Marketing team - no cold calling required.

Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Support the resolution of any tour-related issues in collaboration with operations and accounting.

Manage invoices and track payment processes.

Participate in performance reviews and contribute to the team’s overall success.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
