Viland were very flexible around our needs and times. They were able to craft an itinerary around the dates that we were in Vietnam. Our requirements were to see the above areas in around 10 days, whereas most other travellers particularly backpackers have a month. But they organised our complex itinerary be it flights, transfers, cruises and hotels very well, without a single hitch. In the short time that we were there, we experienced a lot: our guides brought us to the main attractions of Vietnam, its history, food and way of life. The guides were very friendly, patient, 100% punctual and willing to answer any questions we had. They were with most of the day and stayed in nearby hotels and so were easily at hand; you are taken care of during your stay there. We would highly recommend Steve, his company, the tour guides (particularly Tracey) and Vietnam.

I found Viland Travel on the Internet. From the beginning Sarah Pham answered my request for information and from that point on, we worked out an itinerary that suited my friend and I perfectly. Sarah was so sensitive and caring and patient about our needs and wishes and she made the perfect itinerary for us. She supplied me with a sim card as I arrived and from that moment on we were never alone. She was always available to answer any of our questions and to assure us that all was taken care of, and so it was. Her planning and follow up were incredible. She was in charge of everything no matter where we were in the country. We were so well cared for, constantly being fed, fetched, transported, helped, all under her watchful, caring eye and all for half the cost of other companies. We had an amazing trip, all with the help of this wonderful woman.
