I came upon Viland Travel when I tried to search for Danang day tours to bring a family of 7 pax with 2 kids and 3 elderly. This is not an easy task. We booked a 2 days tours with them. Alex (sales executive) responded patiently to all my clarifications and followed up with my experience/ feedbacks during my trip and even after the tours. We requested for a chinese speaking guide and was pleased to have Mr Long. He’s always early for the pick up and never leave us behind throughout the tours. He’s knowledgeable on what was shared to us and he helped us to really take quite alot of family pictures. We are appreciative with this. Overall is a good experience with Viland Travel and the guide. Highly recommended to engage them and thumbs up!

After looking through many travel brochure’s and online offers on Vietnam found Vinland Travel online and sent them an email enquiy. Ms Kata Tran replied both on email and also watsapp to discuss our requirements. After a brief overview of what we required she offered us an amazing 24 day Wow explore Vietnam private tour that we have just now returned from. Starting in Hanoi, Sapa, Pu Luong, Halong Bay was only just the begining.
We headed south travelling through Hue, Da Trang, Hoi’an , Saigon and finished in Phu Quoc Island. Kata arranged all tour guides, drivers, transfers, internal flights, hotels and the most amazing tours! I cannot thank her and the company enough for our amazing memorable Vietnam travels!
Kata was on call through watsapp at all times if we had any queries or issues and was on top of things at all times.

We have just returned from a 17 day tour of Vietnam and Cambodia organized by Viland Travel. Our trip was originally planned for March 2020 and less than two weeks before departure it had to be cancelled due to Covid. Viland Travel not only honored our original booking and deposit but actually improved our itinerary and upgraded our hotels and after a 3yr delay we were able to make our trip which was a special holiday for myself and my two sisters. Ms Kata Tran was outstanding in organizing our perfect trip, her attention to detail and constant communication before and during our trip was very reassuring and everything that she planned for us went as smooth as clockwork… the drivers, guides, hotels and tours all exceeded our expectations and I am just so happy that we chose Viland Travel. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering traveling there and cannot praise Kata highly enough.
