Kawthaung is the primary gateway to the paradise islands of the Mergui Archipelago and southern most border crossing from Thailand to Myanmar. Most cruises, live-aboard and day trips by speed boat operate from Kawthaung.

After you enjoy breakfast at the hotel your tour guide will pick you up from the lobby with the private car at 8:00am. You first enjoy Thahtay Kyun or Rich Man Island, which is situated on another harbor of Kawthaung, southern Myanmar. Then you can learn about Bayintnyaung, who was the king of Myanmar (formerly Burma) to attack Thailand from 1845 – 1865.

The tour guide also will take you to Pya Taw Aye Pagoda, that is Kawthaung’s treasure. And then you can see the pagoda which of made of bamboo-sheets. You have the chance to relax and take a fresh shower at the waterfall in Maliwon village.

After taking a shower and playing in the fresh water, we will go to the hot spring if we have the time (sometimes guests prefer to spend their whole time at the waterfall). Then we will return to Kawthuang, for Victoria point and Bayintnyaung monument, Myo Ma Market, Pyi Taw Aye Pagoda.

After that we will goto 555 Mountain that is 555 feet above sea elevation. Finally, our driver and guide will take you back to your hotel.
