Itinerary

Arriving at Noi Bai airport, we will greet you at airport with ‘Welcome’ sign board and then you will be transferred to hotel in Hanoi - the capital city of Vietnam, is an elegant city located on the banks of the Red River with tranquil Restored Sword Lake at its heart.

Overnight in Hanoi

On this fullday excursion you will get to explore and learn about everything Vietnamese, from the oldest pagoda, and the first university of Vietnam, to present day religious practises and ethnic minorities. You’ll hear the folklore tales about the turtle of sword lake at the Ngoc Son Temple, as well visiting the final resting place of Ho Chi Minh - the leader of the Viet Cong Army, that defeated the americans in the 20 year war, and later became both prime minister and president. With no stones left unturned, this tour is everything you wanted to know about Vietnam, to better understand this exciting country.

In the morning, tour guide and shuttle bus will pick you up at the hotel in Hanoi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House then depart for theHanoi city full day tour. Our first stop is named Tran Quoc pagoda on the West Lake, the oldest pagoda in Vietnam.

Then we will visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts, and off to one side of the Mausoleum is the One-Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To, in 1049 - the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi.

After that, we visit the colorful traditions of the 54 ethnic groups of Viet Nam, in the Ethnology Museum. Then a bus takes you to a local restaurant in the Hanoi Old Quarter, for you to have a rest and enjoy some lunch.

In the afternoon, we visit the Temple of Literature, the most famous temple situated in Hanoi, also functioned as Vietnam's first university. It was first constructed in 1070, under King Ly Nhan Tong and dedicated to Confucius, sages and scholars. A vast structure that has existed to present day.

We drive to the legendary Hoan Kiem Lake to visit Ngoc Son Temple, dedicated to Van Xuong Saint and former general commander Tran Hung Dao, for his struggle against Mongolians. You will also see the beautiful Vietnamese and French architecture around the lake.

16:00 - 16:30: Arrive at the hotel in Hanoi old quarter and Hanoi Opera House.

With over 1600 islets, countless towering limestone karsts and hidden jungle caves, Vietnam’s “Bay of Descending Dragons” is a must-see destination for every traveller to Southeast Asia. Stay for 1 night in the bay aboard a Halong Bay cruise to experience all that this magical landscape has to offer.

Wake early to meet your driver at your hotel for transfer to the ports of Halong Bay. Relax on the 4 hour journey, with one short toilet and snack break along the way. At the port, board your traditional junk boat and set sail through the emerald green waters of Halong Bay. Admire the endless islands and jungle-clad limestone karsts of this fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site and sit down to a delicious lunch in the dining room of the boat.

In the afternoon, head off of the boat to visit vast caves and white sand beaches, hidden among the towering rock formations, and take to the water for a swim or a kayak. Then attend a cooking demonstration with our Chef to learn one of the most popular cuisines in Vietnam.

In the evening, there is plenty of time to relax on the boat's sundeck, before a sumptuous dinner with your fellow guests.

Take advantage of the cool morning breeze to start your day with an organized Tai Chi class. Enjoy a light breakfast, while you sail through the majestic island peaks.

Then we will hike to visit cave with panoramic sea views

Back on your boat, enjoy a brunch buffet, then head back to the marina. Spend your last few hours soaking up the scenery before the journey back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi late afternoon

Arrive in Da Nang and our driver will pick you up and transfer you to Hoi An town.

At 14:30 P.M, we will start visiting Hoi An. You will be charmed by Hoi An, one of Vietnam’s most picturesque towns. Meet with a knowledgeable local guide for this introductory, half day Hoi An city tour, learning all about its illustrious past as a trading port. Walk through town, seeing remarkably well-preserved traditional houses that have withstood 200 years of weather and war. Learn about the prosperous merchants who used to live in these homes, trading with buyers from all over the world.

Make a stop at the Japanese Covered Bridge, one of two such bridges in Vietnam. The bridge spans a small waterway and was built more than 400 years ago to connect the Japanese community with the Chinese who lived on the other side of the water. Admire the carvings and paintings inside the bridge, learning about their symbolism and cultural significance.

Take a walking tour around the old sections (charming and wonderfully preserved, combining Chinese, Japanese and European influences). Visit the villages of: Lantern, silk, wood…..in Hoi An. We will eat at a local restaurant and then back to hotel at around 18:30 P.M

You are free at leisure in Hoi An for beach break or take bicycle for exploring the ancient town and shopping.

You are free a leisure until it is time to be transferred to airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Our driver will hold welcome signboard, at the Ho Chi Minh airport, with your name on it, then transfer you to the hotel for check in.

Over 60 million people depend on the Mekong Delta as their primary source of income or sustenance, and it connect 6 different countries. We will pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city then transfer to My Tho, about 2.5 hours drive.

On arrival at My Tho, after visiting Vinh Trang pagoda, take a motor boat to enter My Tho city through the Bao Dinh natural canal. Take a leisurely cruise on the Tien River to view the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Visit the coconut candy mill, and take a boat trip along the small canal on a hand-rowed sampan boat, under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals.

Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals.

Meet at the bus and return to Ho Chi Minh City. This trip provides a fascinating insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta and you are guaranteed to take home your own beautiful memories.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city

Pick up from your hotel to transfer to the Cu Chi tunnels. The trip to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours by bus. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introductions, followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions during times of war. Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. You will also see and learn about the many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps, within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (it was guerilla fighters food during the war) will be served. Once we are finished exploring the area, if you’d like to buy some bullets, you’ll get the chance to test you aim on the firing range. They have the same guns there were used during the war, anything from M-1 to M-16, AK-47, Carbine rifles and more (don’t forget the protective ear-wear, those things pack some serious heat!) Once you’ve hit the target we can return back to Ho Chi Minh City for the night.

You are free at leisure until we are ready to transfer you to the bus station for the day bus to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, you will be transfered to your selected hotel. (Hotel check in time 2pm.) Relax at the hotel to freshen up. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

In the morning after breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a Phnom Penh City Tour. First visit the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda, that are located in the same compound. Next, visit Toul Sleng, the Genocide Museum (S 21). We stop at the Russian Market, for souvenir shopping and lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon you will transfer to Siem Reap by express bus or van. On arrival in Siem Reap you will be picked up by our driver and transfer to your selected hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.

After breakfast, we begin to visit Angkor Wat the “7th Wonder of the World”, and the world largest temple with excellent masterpiece carvings, sculptures and perfect structure.  Enjoy lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, we visit the impressive South Gate of Angkor Thom. Then, we visit Bayon, the second main temple of Cambodia after Angkor Wat.  After that, we visit Baphoun, which is an enormous Hindu mountain temple constructed in early 11th century. Next, we walk along the Terrace of the Elephants, and Terrace of the Leper King. After that, we explore Ta Prom, another Buddhist temple covered by dense tropical forest where the Tomb Raider Movie was filmed. Visit Banteay Kdei, a grand Buddhist temple, built inlate 12th century.  Sras Srong, 1000 year old man-made lake. We can also watch sunset at Pre Rup Temple.  Back in town we’ll have a buffet dinner with a Khmer traditional Aspara show at local restaurant and overnight in Siem Reap.
