Itinerary

Arriving at Noi Bai airport, we will greet you at airport with a ‘Welcome’ sign board and then you will be transferred to your hotel in Hanoi - the capital city of Vietnam, is an elegant city located on the banks of the Red River with the tranquil ‘Restored Sword’ Lake at its heart.

This afternoon, we will experience Hanoi Cooking Class. Our guide will collect you from your hotel by taxi or motorbike to the class. Where you will then be taken to the market. You will meet the our Chef and experience a day in his life as you wander through the fresh food market. You will also learn some tips and tricks to ensure that only the finest quality ingredients are selected. You will then select all the ingredients needed for your class.

Chef will then accompany you as you make your way back to our place. You will stop along the way and get to sample a selection of street foods. 

During the lesson, our chef will teach you the secrets to creating decorations, to enhance the presentation of your dished, well as some of the basic skills needed to master the knife skills required to be a chef. Then you will enjoy your food after cooking.  You will walk back to your hotel.

Overnight in Hanoi

Explore the Ancient Capital Hoa Lu, ruled by the Dinh and Le dynasties in the 10th and 11th centuries. While it remained the active capital and fortress, during a time of much civil unrest and many conflicts with the China’s south Han dynasty, it was never breached by any enemy army.

After lunch, set up-high with a birds eye view of the winding and twisting Tam Coc river, you’ll get into a small 2-3 passenger boat with a local navigator. Your boatman/woman will paddle your boat up and back down the riverway that snakes along, in between the sheer limestone karsts jutting straight out of the rice field flatlands.

Paddling you along with both their legs and farms you’ll pass through 3 low-ceiling caves, with wonderful stalactites looming just overhead. If you visit during the spring and summer months you will witness the lush and vibrantly green thatched rice paddies on either side of the riverbanks. Back to Hanoi and overnight.

Stay for 1 night in the bay aboard a Halong Bay cruise to experience all that this magical landscape has to offer.

Wake early to meet your driver at your hotel for transfer to the ports of Halong Bay. Relax on the 3.5 hour journey, ready for 2 days 1 night of exploring ahead. At the port, board your traditional junk boat and set sail through the emerald green waters of Halong Bay. Admire the endless islands and jungle-clad limestone karsts of this fascinating UNESCO World Heritage site and sit down to a delicious lunch on the sundeck of the boat.

In the afternoon, head off of the boat to visit vast caves and white sand beaches, hidden among the towering rock formations, and take to the water for a swim or a kayak. Then attend a cooking demonstration with our Chef to learn one of the most popular cuisines in Vietnam

In the evening, there is plenty of time to relax on the junk's sundeck, before a sumptuous dinner with your fellow guests.

Take advantage of the cool morning breeze to start your day. Enjoy breakfast while you sail through the majestic peaks.

Then we will hike to visit cave or panoramic sea views

Back on your boat, enjoy lunch then head back to the marina. Spend your last few hours soaking up the scenery before the journey back to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi at late afternoon then our driver will transfer to railway station for night train to Danang. Over night on 4 berth shared cabin.

Arrival in Danang in the morning, our driver will pick up and transfer you to Hoian. You are free at leisure in Hoian for beak break or take bicyle for explore ancient town.

Cycle along a beautiful, narrow road to a local fishing village name Cam Thanh. In this village you will stop at a rice paddy field, as well as a fish and shrimp farm… You will also have the chance to traverse the most dangerous bamboo bridges in Vietnam, ancient cemetery and holy temples.

Join in special farming work with the local farmers by ploughing the field, and even try your luck at riding water buffalo with the farmers. Watch the locals make palm-thatched houses. They will use completely naturally sourced water palm tree materials and bamboo forest materials. Bamboo is one of the fastest growing plants on our planet, reaching growth of up to 1mm every 90 seconds, it’s a perfect renewable building material! 

Explore the water palm coconut paradise. Join local fishermen by catching fish and purple crabs with unique fishing nets,  paddle the traditional Bamboo Basket boat. Make souvenirs with palm leaves.

Have Lunch at the local home, learn how to make fresh rice milk and cook traditional Hoi An pancake (Banh Xeo).

Over 60 million people depend on the Mekong Delta for their primary source of income or sustenance and it connect 6 different countries. We will pick you up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city then transfer to My Tho by 2,5 hour drive.

On arrival at My Tho, after visiting Vinh Trang pagoda, take a motor boat to enter My Tho city through Bao Dinh natural canal. Take a leisurely cruise on the Tien River to view the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands.Visit the coconut candy mill and take a boat trip along the small canal on a hand-rowed sampan under the shadow of the water coconut trees along natural canals.

Then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by locals.

Pick up from your hotel to transfer to the Cu Chi tunnels. The trip to Cu Chi will take approximately one and a half hours by bus. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have some short introduction followed by introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions during times of war.

Then, spend your time to explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the special constructed living areas with kitchens, bedrooms side by side with other facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. You will also see and learn about the many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purpose during the war.

Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla fighters food during the war) will be served. Break time for relax or time for those who want to try their aim on the shooting range, firing the same model guns that were used in the war. Return to Saigon at around 13:00 P.M.
