Day 1: HO CHI MINH ARRIVAL
Arriving at Tay Son Nhat airport, we will greet you at airport with a ‘Welcome’ sign board, and then you will be transferred to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. You will have the rest of the day to decompress after a long flight. We encourage you to get out and explore the city surrounding the hotel. There is lots of great food options nearby, and after a nice exotic meal you can find yourself a wonderful $10 massage, or grab a few cold beers from the roadside stalls and watch as people pass you by.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh
Day 2: MEKONG DELTA – TAN PHONG ISLAND – HOMESTAY
Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and drive 2.5 hours to Cai Be.
The program will start with a visit of Cai Be floating market.
Then, we’ll come to Tân Phong island for biking / walking on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses and maybe the ancestral ways to pick fruits in Mekong Delta... On the way, we can make some stops to see how they make rice-paper for spring-rolls, sewing coconut-leaves together for cottage roof andsee how they weave the dried water-hyacinth to make many products: baskets, bags, hats, wallets, shoes...
Then, the rowboat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time. Optional lunch can be served at Ba Kiet / Muoi Huong
Back to our boat to go across one of the longests river in the world, Mekong River, to come to An Bình Island. Travel on Muong Lo handmade canal to check in at homestay.
Have a fresh shower before cooking some special dishes with the members of local family. We’ll enjoy dinner & overnight at homestay.
Day 3: MY AN CANAL – LONG HO VILLAGE – VINH LONG – HO CHI MINH
Have a breakfast and check-out for a walk along the village to enjoy the fresh air in the morning & arrive the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice... Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea.
Then, we turn on Mỹ An canal to see many brick kilns on both sides of the canal & Hòa Tịnh canal, we will walk in the peaceful village to see how they make bricks, weave bamboo trays & baskets… Our boat continue to come to another village in Long Hồ to see how they make conical hats by hand, and the process to make rice noodles…
Also, we can visit Vinh Long market in the town. This is the best choice for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, vegetables... The cruise will end at Vinh Long city around 11:30AM then our car transfer directly to Ho Chi Minh.

Day 4: HO CHI MINH – FLY TO DANANG – HOIAN
You are free at leisure until we transfer to airport for flight to Danang. Arrival in Danang, we will take 40-minute drive to Hoian. You are free at leisure
Day 5: HALF DAY EXPERIENCE TRA QUE VEGETABLE VILLAGE BY BICYCLE
Morning tour: from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
Afternoon tour: from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Tour guide meet you at Hotel then riding pass narrow roads, stop at Rice paddy field to see water buffalo, farmers are on farming of their daily work.
Stroll around the famous vegetable & herb garden of Tra Que Village. Stop at a local family, enjoy welcome drink by the warm hearted host.
Experience a half day of living and working with the local farmers in this village with some activities like preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities.
Spending your time with a course of cooking class at the farmers home with various local dishes such as : Tam Huu Spring Roll, Banh Xeo or the local pancake
Enjoy lunch with all the food we cooked, talking and sharing the experience about the hard job. Return to Hoian and overnight
Day 6: HOIAN – DANANG – FLIGHT TO HANOI
You are free until it is time to be transferred to the airport for your flight to Hanoi. Our driver will holding a ‘welcome’ signboard with your name on, then they will transfer you to your hotel in Hanoi for check in.

Day 7: HANOI FULLDAY EXPLORATION & TATSE OF HANOI
Start your morning with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the resting place of President Ho Chi Minh who led Vietnam to independence from French colonial rule. From there, wander through the beautiful surrounding gardens toward the One Pillar Pagoda and Presidential Palace, where a replica of Ho Chi Minh’s simple working space is on display then visit Temple of Literature, the oldest university in Hanoi. Lunch at local restaurant to experience Vietnam cuisine.
In the afternoon, we Set off again to Chau Long Market for a closer look at Hanoi an culture in the flurry of a local market. After exploring the street stalls here, we start walking to taste Hanoi street food : Nguyen Truong To Street - famous for its desserts -- toward Hang Than Street, the epicentre of Hanoi’s thriving wedding cake stores. Shake off your sugar rush on a stroll to nearby Hang Cot Street for a look at Hanoi’s mat weaving borough before stopping off for a local coffee shop then taste “O Mai” (Apricot) at Hang Duong Street – well known as “ the cream of Vietnamese gift” and shopping at the fashion shops on the way.. End your walking tour with a traditional Vietnamese egg coffee. Walk back to hotel and overnight.

Day 8: HANOI – MAI CHAU – HOMESTAY
07:00 – 07:30 Pick-up at Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to go to Mai Chau by aircon vehicle
09:00 Short break on the way (Outside of Hanoi).
11:00 Visit local market of the Muong Ethnic Minority to learn about their daily life and customs; enjoy the beautiful scenery of Thung Khe Pass (One of the 10 most beautiful passes in Vietnam).
12:00 Arrive in Mai Chau Valley for lunch. (Vegetarian is available).
13:00 - 15:30 Visit the real local Thai traditional Stilt House before cycling to visit villages of the Thai Ethnic Minority and learn about their daily live and culture. Stop by the handcraft village to learn about weaving in traditional way and support them by buying their local products.
Dinner at the homestay and free time…or fun language exchange with the local people.
Day 9: MAI CHAU – CUC PHUONG NATIONAL PARK – NINH BINH
The day starts with a breakfast in the village and afterwards we depart for Cuc Phuong National Park. Lunch will be served upon arrival at the national park., After lunch, depart to the Park Centre, on the way visit the Cave of Early Man ( had over 7000 year), then you’ll start on a long trek through the forest to learn about the diverse flora and fauna of the park. You’ll also make stops at Cho Chi, the oldest tree in the forest, a number of picturesque streams and waterfalls.Then we drive to Tam Coc. Dinner and overnight stay at a standard hotel in Tam Coc.
Day 10: NINH BINH’S ANCIENT DYNASTIES, CAVES, AND KARSTS – HANOI
After breakfast, you will be taking a row boat from Tam Coc Harbour. Arranged by the local people, the boat is rowed by both hand and legs. The boat will take you thru 3 specular caves with hundreds of limestone karsts along the way. If you travel during harvest season, you will see many terraced rice fields in golden bloom.
The row boat will navigate along up the river for approximately 2 hours. Not only you can see the peaceful scenery of mountain, rice paddy fields, and temples, you also have chances to learn about local peoples cultures, and their daily life.
Optional activities: Enjoy a bicycle ride through the countryside after the boat trip.
Then take lunch at local restaurant. After that, we continue driving to Hoa Lu Ancient Capital.
In 968, Dinh Bo Linh declared himself as the King. Since then Hoa Lu existed as the capital for the next 41 years (968 – 1009), of which 12 years were under the Dinh dynasty – King Dinh Tien Hoang, named the country Dai Co Viet, and 29 years later was under the Le dynasty – King Le Dai Hanh. In 1010, King Ly Thai To moved the capital from Hoa Lu to Thang Long – present day Hanoi. Hoa Lu became the old citadel. In Hoa Lu there are now 2 temples that have been built on the ground of the old royal palace. One is dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, the other is to King Le Dai Hanh. The visit offers a chance to learn more about the feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnamese history.
Then drive back to Hanoi and overnight in Hanoi.
Day 11: HANOI – EXPLORE HALONG BAY ON OASIS CRUISE* GROUP TOUR*
In the morning from 7:30 – 08:30 A.M, we will do several pick- up trips around Hanoi old quarter then we are heading 189kms towards Halong Bay.
At around 12:00 noon, we arrive at Tuan Chau harbour and refresh at the Oasis Bay Lounge for about 20 minutes before boarding. Transfer by small boat to our cruise. Welcome drink, cruise briefing, safety instructions, before we check you into your cabins. Cruise boat will pull-up anchor and our program will commence.
Then we will enjoy special lunch will be served on board while cruising past all the islets. After having lunch, the Oasis Bay will continue exploring the wonders of Halong bay. Oasis Bay has a special and very private route through the bay, away from the clutter of all the other honking boats fighting for position.
At 15:30 p.m, Explore the emerald waters of Halong Bay by Kayak. Our guides will you through a grotto cavern into a hidden lagoon where they tell you all about the area, and the folklore of how ‘Ha Long Bay’ got its name (translates to ‘Descending Dragon Bay’). This is a great moment to get some action photos in the bay, if you have a waterproof pouch for your phone or camera.
Then return to our boat and take relax on the sundeck with a few cocktails complimented by a variety of tropical fruits and best local wines. Then attend a cooking demonstration with our Chef to learn one of the most popular cuisines in Vietnam: spring rolls, or refresh yourself in outdoor big Jacuzzi.
Tonight we will enjoy a 5 course tasting menu, prepared by our team of chefs. You are free to try evening Activities, relax at leisure: squid fishing.
Overnight on cruise
Day 12: HALONG BAY – HANOI - DEPARTURE* GROUP TOUR*
At 06:30 A.M, wake up to a very special morning with an organized Tai chi class among the peaceful surroundings of Halong. Then we enjoy coffee & tea with assorted homemade pastries, fresh juices….
You can choose either relax or visit Sung Sot Cave, hiking up and down 600 steps to the magnificent limestone stalactites and stalagmites of the most beautiful and biggest cave in Halong bay then we return our boat.
At 09:30 A.M, check-out of your cabins and settle your drink tab
A wonderful brunch buffet will a wide assortment of dishes no matter what mood you are in, will be served while the Oasis Bay is cruising back to Tuan Chau harbor.
The Oasis Bay bus will collect you from our lounge at the harbor and drive you back to Hanoi city. Arrive in Hanoi old quarter at around 17:30 P.M then we will transfer directly to airport for your onward flight.
